Research & Development Engineer

- Other tasks required by Department Manager.
- Be able to travel and support technically the customer when requested.
- Establishing production processes at the company and recommending the setting conditions for customers.
- Analyze the root causes and propose preventive and corrective actions. In this role, he/she will interface with related teams including QA, QC, Production and Warehouse teams.
- Develop new formulations and fine-turne the existing ones.
- Homologate and localize new raw materials to match with finished product specifications.

- Understand and can apply all relevant international regulations/norms/standards, i.e: ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO TS 16949, REACH, RoHS, FDA.
- Knowledge of raw materials for PVC compounds including additives for polymers.
- Capability in managing people and complexity in a multinational environment.
- Knowledge of PVC formulations and production processes.
- Customers satisfaction oriented Need for neutral attitude when analyzing.
- At least 03 years experience in multi-national company, especially PVC or plastic ones.
- University graduation, specialized in Polymer/Chemistry. Master or Doctor degree is an advantage.
- Fluent English (writing, reading and communication).
