Research Manager

• Responsible for multi-project management of all sizes, analyze and resolve research issues, track project progress and report periodically to director
• Improve and develop new methodologies, stay updated with latest development in research tools and techniques
• Other tasks as assigned
• Management responsibility
• Monitor and control expenses within allotted budget
• Supervise and in charge of training of team members
• Consult BOM on business development strategy
• Hold meetings with clients and prepare proposals

• Excellent English and/or Japanese skills
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience required
• Excellent organizational, planning, problem solving, quantitative, and project management skills
• Bachelor degree and above in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing or related field
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and high technical aptitude, with the ability to learn new software programs
• Data mining, mapping and business analytics
• Working knowledge of database and information extraction prefer red
