Reservations Agent

Effectively respond by the rules to reservation related inquireds such as calls, emails, and fax.
Coordinate tasks and manage relevant data accurately for efficient scheduling service operations
Enter and modify the data related to the reservation, and create VIP and other booking documents
Build daily morning and afternoon reports, cumulatively calculate and confirm monthly commission date
Provide accurate and friendly booking services to create customer satisfaction

At least 1 years working experience at the same position
High school degree or above, bachelor degree preferred
Communication skills (Negotiation/Presentation/Speech/Listening): Learning Level
Business Administration (especially Marketing) knowledge, Contract and Legal Knowledge: Learning Level
Knowledge and ability to use computers to analyze and manage budgets: Learning Level
Understanding the operating skill and booking sales process of hotel reservation management system: Learning Level
Foreign Language(ENG): Learning Level
Knowledge of hotel rooms and meeting related services: Learning Level
Understanding of hotels and hotel products(Room, F&B, etc.) industry: Learning Level

2 days off/ week, 12 annual leaves/ year
