Due to expand and develop the business’s strategy, Indovina Bank has demand to seek potential candidates for the Retail Banking Product Development Senior Officer – Banking Solution & PR Department position of Business Management Division, H.O with details as below:
Tasks:
- Analyze competition of Individual products on the market, to position IVB’s products and develop product strategy for IVB.
- Prepare annual plan of Individual product development and to track periodically the review of plan performance.
- Research, design, manage and develop Individual products and services. Coordinate with relative Divisions/Departments to launch new products and services.
- Standardize system of existing products, and to evaluate periodically the suitability, competitiveness and efficiency of products, while satisfying customer’s demand and the market.
- Manage deposit and loan portfolio, fee service. Perform related report as required.
- Organize the training for products and services to Business units.
- Be responsible for the efficiency of products and services and to propose the appropriate solution if needed.
- Develop fee tariff, interest rate related to products and services.
- Support Business units in product promotion.
- Collect feedbacks from customer, branches on products.
- Propose solutions to develop the competition capacity and effectiveness of products.
- Other tasks as assigned by management level.
Job requirements:
- Male/ Female with Bachelor degree of banking, finance, economics or equivalent
- Good knowledge on Individual products and services
- Highly good in analysis, synthesis and statistics
- Skills of presentation, communication, team work
- Professional sale skills
- English: TOEIC 600 or equivalent. Preferable for proficient English
- Experience: At least 2 years working experiences in Individual product development of deposit, loan, service.
