Sales Retail Management

​Lead Sales Retail Team to set up and implement Sales Strategies
Minimize Credit Risk and Ensure Receivable Collection
Maintain Good Relationship with Contractors
Supervise Bidding Process to get the project
Lead Customer Service Team to serve customer/PPC needs well
In coordination with Finance, set up Pricing, Return and Receivable Strategies

Promotion and Customer Complaint

Manage Customer Complaints and turn the complaint into solution
Manage Promotion Event and Promotion Materials to increase sales
Manage Product Design to achieve product attractiveness
Manage Product Communication Consistency

Product Management

Liaise with Regional PM regarding Product Complaint and Marketing Survey
Ensure Product Knowledge Update to Sales and Customer Service team
Manage Inventory Forecast and Minimize Dead Moving Inventory

Distribution Management

Manage Product Training to Distributors/PPC/Customers
Manage Product Merchandising Strategies
Lead Propan Service Center to provide information & solution to customers
Maintain Good Relationship with Distributors/PPC
Manage Distribution Management to ensure product availability in market
Manage Competitor Intelligence Information and Customer Database System

Member of Management Committee

Conduct additional works which will be assigned by Supervisors
Ensure business sustainability grow with profit
Ensure company values implemented with high ethical standard by Lead by Example
Ensure operation run smoothly and comply with Government Regulation
Ensure good internal control to safeguard company assets

Working independently not team management.
Based in Binh Duong but focused market in Hanoi and Dong Nai.
Report to Deputy Manager (Vietnamese)
Must have knowledge and experience in decorative painting or wide network with retail shop or building material store
At least 10 years Experiences in Retail Sales with technical background especially Chemical Engineering.
