Retail SOP Manager

Retail SOP Manager will provide organization wide comprehensive guidance and support for Retail SOP development, implementation/ management and oversight. The Manager SOP’s Development will lead the efforts to develop, document and drive the activities around creating and managing the SOP’s associated with company regulatory framework, internal business policies and business operations.
*** Responsibilities:
•Manage all aspects of the SOP document control and approval system and processes.
•Assist Department Heads to document processes, develop flowcharts, and draft SOPs.
•Monitor best practices and changes in procedures and adjust the SOP documentation to ensure they are implemented by staff at all levels.
•Keep track of the procedures and develop a centralized repository that can be accessed by staff.
•Review, suggest, revise, consult, and re-write existing SOPs.
•Support the communication and training of SOPs to operational teams.
•Review, suggest, revise, consult, and re-write existing/ upcoming SOP’s
•Acting as the primary point of contact for all SOP’s.
•Understand and execute oral and written instructions, policies, and procedures.
•Developing and conducting SOP trainings.
•Conduct staff interviews and review/research works to aid in the development of SOP’s.
•Review regulatory SOP’s and other process documents for clarity and consistency.
