Contribute to Revenue Generation Meetings by evaluating strategy effectiveness, providing comprehensive data analysis of historical, existing and future patterns, updating key stakeholders with up-to-date hospitality trends, competitive intelligence and market knowledge
Ensure efficient and up to date inventory allocation and pricing management practices to maintain parity across various distribution channels. Proactively maintain accuracy and appropriateness of the system’s pricing and inventory recommendations.
Utilizes revenue management systems and tools to ensure that revenues and profits are maximized
Generate appropriate tools or identify software to increase operational productivity, ensure accurate data tracking, provide analytical efficiency
Prepare regular (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly…) reports, presentations and data critiques
Ensure data accuracy for system inputs and outputs across key hotel systems by working with other teams (Duetto, OPERA, SynXis, Simphony…)
Ensure that the hotel's sales strategies are effectively implemented and results are properly tracked for the purpose of evaluation
Explore opportunities that drive profit, create value for clients, and encourage innovation. Prepare revenue / profit opportunity analysis and commentary
Proactively challenge and provide recommendations to improve effectiveness of existing revenue management processes, systems, tools, products and practices
Actively participate in the weekly short-range and monthly long-range forecasts. Assist in preparing revenue, demand and occupancy outlooks for rooms, food & beverage and catering & events and budget
Assist Sales team with account production diagnostics process and validate conclusions
Present analysis, recommendations, critiques in the most audience-friendly formats
Manage all online activities in relation to traffic, sales & opportunity generation, business conversion and guest retention
Collaborate with marketing team to improve content quality and traffic acquisition. Ensure Content and Images are up to date, relevant across all channels and partner websites
Analyze distribution channel data to deliver revenue driven solutions and strategies
Build strong relationships with OTA’s market managers with the purpose of improving the content score, ranking, parity and booking conversion
Review and update the management team regarding the channel performance. Highlight risks, opportunities, strengths, weaknesses and provide recommendations
