Risk Control Supervisor

1. According to the company's development strategy, take full responsibility for the design of the entire product's risk management and prevention system, and establish a quantification and prevention mechanism for risk assessment, monitoring, and early warning;
2. Responsible for the implementation of risk management, implement various risk control workflows in accordance with specified standards, monitor various risk indicators, and provide early warning to prevent and resolve risks;
3. Apply machine learning, text mining and other technologies to mine and analyze the company's massive data, and continue to optimize and iterate the risk control model;
4. Track and understand the behavior of establishing risk management in the same industry and continuously iterate the risk system.

1.Bachelor degree or above in statistics, mathematics, computer or electronic engineering
2.More than 3 years working experience in risk control related to finance and other industries
3. Have solid data statistics and data mining expertise; have excellent logical thinking ability, high business sensitivity and good analytical sensitivity of data sensitivity
4. Familiar with risk control modeling, big data, and risk control products. With data processing capabilities, proficient in database systems including, but not limited to, MySQL, SQLsever, Hive, and proficient in modeling tools such as SAS, Python, and R;
5, with excellent team management capabilities, good at communication, rigorous attitude, work proactive, serious, meticulous and practical.
