Road Logistics Customer Care Specialist

Job description:
• Be able to work multi tasks with strong focus
• Maintain good relationship with customers/ internal customer and subcontractors
• The Road Logistics Customer Care Specialist has general responsibility to Site manager in customer service, Distribution, Sea/ Air import/ export custom clearance, order handling, truck planning, data, KPI control and supervise all activities related to distributions per assigned customers.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
• Daily communicate with KN team, subcontractor, customer and relevant parties to get smooth operation in import/ export sea/air services.
• Follow the working instructions and SOP to full fill their job properly.
• Close file, do FSL, collect money
• Follow up and require driver to acquire 100% on time delivery and other agreed KPIs.
• Ensure driver compliance on safety, receiving and delivery process.
• Follow up job file in system (Road Log).
• Ensure that the work schedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are effectively assigned and properly completed.
• Conduct operation in line with SOPs, working instructions
• Maintain team work, productive working environment
• Follow shipping instructions from sales department, destinations and customers.
• Understanding of coordinating process of import and export for truck transportation
• Handle cross booking request from nominated and free hand customers.
• Update daily operation report and KPI accurately and meet Kuehne + Nagel request.
• Train new employees if requested.
• Daily communicate with KN team, checking documents (DO/CO, EIR receipt, BL, invoice/ packing list…), follow up CDF with sub-contract, handling custom clearance service.
• Resolve, Report, Record complaints in professional manner.
• Willing to work overtime / shift and ad-hoc task in case of need to complete service.

*Your skills and experience:
• Good at Communication and problem solving
• At least 2 years experience in the same position
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Good command of English
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Competent Customer Clearance knowledge
Work Location: Vincom Center, 72 Le Thanh Ton, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
Working time: 8:00 – 17:00, from Monday to Friday, one Saturday morning per month.
