Rural Development Manager (Mekong)

* Purpose of Role:
This role would add value to the region and help establish and optimize the distribution model and expand the market coverage both in central and remote area and improve productivity at territory; develop the fresh model in rural.
* Main Responsibilities:
- Drive Rural Distribution model pilots and full scale rollout
+ Partnering with RSM, ASM, SS and distributors to setup the sub-distributor model for remote area for expansion the distribution and improve productivity
- Establish mechanisms for right rural sales extraction & data management
+ Work with sales team and distributors, sub-distributors to establish and operate for sub-distributors/WS model to extract and manage distribution data
- Develop and optimize Fresh RTM model
+ Align with strategy direction, evaluate, redesign & implement the Fresh RTM model in rural for expansion distribution of Fresh to every outlet with fastest leadtime and cost efficiency.
+ Enable / stabilize Fresh portfolio selling in MT thru TT distributors in provinces, synergy resource between 2 channels to maximine distribution to all provincial MT outlets.
- Deploy confectionary through TT channel
+ Plan & implement the RTM & activation strategy for confectionary through TT WS then expand to retail distribution on TT channel.
- Develop and implement tools to simplify process and reduce workload of sales team
+ Rollout & execute Automated Suggested Order selling ways of working for terittory
+ Rollout & execute the application of gamification to motivate sales team.
- Implement RTM strategy to expand distribution in all channels; improve customer service; initiate motivation scheme; optimize the structure & operation; improve productivity."

1. Over 3 years experience
2. Working experience in sales at FMCG companies; ideally in-depth knowledge in sales field & RTM
3. Strong planning skill and implementation.
4. Good communication; able to negotiate, convince and handle tough situations
5. Independent, proactive and highly responsible.
6. Bachelor Degree in business administration needed, MBA preferred
