Safety & Security Manager - Vung Tau Brewery (My Xuan A)

Safety & Security
• Organize Emergency respond exercises
• Ensure appropriate and timely follow-up of the investigation of the events.
• Ensure all safety events that occur in their business area are correctly and promptly reported in The12Rules.com
• Handle the contracts belong to Type 2, 3 follow HVN Contract Policy. Follow up expired date of Contract to renew.
• Set up all procedures, regulations of security, safety for the brewery
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and serves as the emergency coordinator for major events. Develop working relationships and open communication at all levels including external enforcing authorities and emergency services.
• Monitors/enforces compliance of HSSE procedures & Local safety standards
• Be a member of SC SA pillar in Supply Chain Master Pillar
• Monitor performance & supervises the contracted security company on site
• Updating 12rules.com system & One2improve system and make report to legal, HEINEKEN as required
• Organize Legal Safety trainings, rehearsal, events…
• Handling the audits of brewery safety and managing the audit reporting system efficiently.
• Becoming a "Train the Trainer" Experts in many areas of safety aspects as well as acting as a reference point for problem solving in term of safety and security.
• Manage & follow up Sectional &039;s KPI (end result)
• Leading in implementing BBS, Safety Pyramid, RTF, MOC system for the brewery in the right tracks of HSE standards & Leadership expectations.
• Work with SC Safety Manager, Safety of each brewery to share, learn Safety Good practice and standardize the Safety Environment Procedures and systems
• Leading role in investigation any happened incidents, accidents and recommend control measures.
• Identifies security, safety objectives & priorities for the brewery
• Raise CAPEX, in consultation with BM
• Plan & control budget of Safety & Security Section (end result)
• Ensure a legal safety compliance register is present with respect to local legislation & HeiQuest safety compliance.
• Align with SC Safety Manager for implementation the Safety and Security management system
• Managing and performing the safety and security audits internal and external.
TPM and Continuous Improvement
• Deploy Safety Saving projects/Kaizen.
• Together with Leadership team to improve Safety Culture.
• Contribute to TPM by being a pillar leader of Safety pillar.
Process Management
• Coordinate to achieve PSM compliance for the brewery as Heineken & Legal requirements.
Equipment Management
• Accountable for safety verification/calibration of all equipment/devices as regulated by Law & training compliance accordingly.

• Educated & trained in security management
• University Degree in Engineering such as Mechanics/Electricity or Labour Safety.
• Possess effective leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of TPM methodologies and tools is preferable.
• Strong knowledge in Labour safety, Security management, knowledge of production process, TPM, ISO 45001 system.
• At least 5-6 years of experience in Management Role in Safety & Security of Production company
• Knowledge of HSSE, Industrial Safety. NEBOSH certificates preferred.

• Good team leadership and decision making.
• Conversant with spoken and written English.
• PC literacy: Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI.
• Good communication, convincing and interpersonal skills.
