Sale Information System Specialist

A / Purpose of this role:
Orientation of building a flexible system structure, in line with the changing requirements of the corporation&039;s business activities
- Check / test reports, new features from software providers
- Make daily / weekly / monthly reports and reports arising at the request of management levels
- Ensure the data on the system is correct, the jobs are completed on time
- Training users to use DMS, App
- Design, build features or report according to the needs of the user
- Analyze data on the system, warn, make recommendations to the management level of data, abnormal situation
- Work with the Project Managers, Consultants to understand the business / application requirements of the assigned task
- Develop processes and regulations of the system to ensure that the prescribed process is consistent with the orientation
-Take responsibility for delivering development tasks within agreed upon timelines
B/ Responsibilities
- Working with a partner to test new applications on DMS (Sales management, One F, iCloud…)
- Instruction, support, solve DMS/Emobiz issues for Salesman, Manager, Admin
- Ensuring to update Master data of products, customers, Salesman, distributors… on DMS system fully
- Building sales regulations, policies, and reports
- Development project of system DMS/Emobiz sale
- Instruct ways of working DMS
- Ensuring data Sell in, sell out, inventory
- Ensuring to update Program promotion declaration
- Provide data for another department

- Basic understanding of business processes.

- Experience of DMS/NAV & Emobiz system
- Experience in the data cloud
- Understanding sales execute of Salesman and Manager
- Experience in project sale
- Skill working group and work independently
- Experience SQL server /Web and/or Cloud-based software
- Experience promotion and budget trade
- Understanding of sales operation
- Qualification computer Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
- Skill computer and app
- Bachelor of Information Technology or Business Information Systems
- Working experience: 2~ 3 years
- Experience Build Report
- Skill Language: English speaking, listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Must have ability to work and to face customer independently.
- Experience of manage data
- Experience update data, analyze and manage data on the system
