Job description

1. Preparing and organizing the implementation of the project's business plan

2. Organizing the collection, analysis and evaluation of market information and making proposals and recommendations

3. Implementing the project's business policies

5. Deploying customer support activities

6. Responsible for the project's business activities before the Board of Directors

7. Managing the business activities of the division, ensuring the business targets of the project in accordance with the plan committed with the Company.

8. Approving the group's business plan

9. Building, developing and managing the staffs

10. Training of staff to ensure adequate supply of staffs for the project

11. Building and developing customer service

12. Making annual sales plan for year / quarter / month of the Company

13. Organizing the recruitment and training of personnel positions in the responsible department.

17. Assessment of subordinates

18. Collecting and approving related quality criteria

19. Reporting the Company's business operations to the Director

2. Well spoken & written English, understanding English spoken or written by non-native speaker

3. Knowing Japanese is preferable

4. At least 3 – year experience in same position

5. Experience in Real estate field is preferable

6. Age requirement: from 1985 to 1993

7. Other requirements: Enthusiastic, hard-working, careful

2. Health insurance and Social insurance regulated by Vietnam Labor Law

3. Weekend off and national holiday regulated by Vietnam Law
