Sale Manager (Energy)

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading providers of automation technology and solution in various industries. They are looking for qualified Sales Manager to build Energy Industry in Vietnam.

Job Summary:

The new Sale Manager will be responsible to develop Energy Business Division, build customer awareness, design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market. This Sales Manager works impudently and reported to Regional Sales Director based in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales; projecting expected sales volume and profit by establishing relationship with new clients.

• Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans

• Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies

• Ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.

• Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly

• Sell to potential direct accounts in closing and order or to facilitate and add value to the selling process

• Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and will document customer interactions

• Prepare reporting as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing or business. 

• At least 7-10 year’s experiences in capital equipment, automation solution/technology or related products in energy industries  

• Excellent communication in skill in English 

• Ability to travel in Vietnam and oversea
