Sale Supervisor

Achieve sales target set by management.
Other jobs as required by line manager/BOD
Close follow up with potential and existing customers to maintain, grow and secure more business.
Complete Company’s sales reporting requirements (to Senior Manager or higher level) in a timely manner.
Comply with company’s policy on business ethics.
Work closely with other departments within the company to settle claims and propose solutions
Convert sales leads into customers
Manage existing and new accounts (mostly freehand)
Conduct sales planning for assigned territories and industries.

Ability to go to business trip.
Minimum 4 years of working experience in Sales Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Local Delivery…
Certificate of formal sales training programs will be a plus
Good at Microsoft Office
Age: 27~36 years old
Soft skills in: networking/persuasion/presentation/negotiation are highly required.
Gender: F/M (M is prefer)
Extroverted, can-do spirit, insanely customer-centric, good interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure
Good at English
Experience with local, MNCs customer
Proven track record of sales achievements

Holiday allowance: 500,000 VND x 3 time/ years
Sales allowance: Business trip, transportation, telephone.
13th month salary + bonus; salary review every year
Salary range: 800~1,500 USD (Negotiation)
