Job Requirements
•Graduating from a regular college or higher in economics, accounting, statistics and business administration
•Ability to speak basic conversational English
•Ability to train, guide professional work for sales staff in your group
•Excellent telephone manner and communication skills – written and verbal
•Proficient in computers, knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs and ready to learn other applications, including CRM
•Self-motivated, responsible and able to display initiative
•Experience with data management, reports and statistics
•Ability to manage groups, build processes and policies
•Knowledge in real estate, customer service, real estate management
•Excellent time management skills and a desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment

•Hard salary 4,000,000 + commission
