Sales Admin, Confectionery (6 months)

STOCK MANAGEMENT IN DISTRIBUTOR
· Collaborate with AD to define stock level in all AD Sub-warehouse and make sure enough stock and on time stock availability in all AD sub-warehouse
· In-charge in stock allocation by channel in case low stock level in AD, to make sure good maintain business for all channel
· Mapping stock from shipment plan & Stock onhand in AD to highlight low stock to help adjust shipment plan.
LISTING PROCESS MANAGEMENT
· Checking on shelf availability and record pics of visibility to report
· Working with AD to prepare all document for listing (CBCL/ Price list/ sample….)
· Follow up & support MT to remove all barriers to be listed on time for all NPD in all MT account
· On time providing all document to Sales team
REPORT & OTHERS
· Provide document, samples… base on sales request (MT >)
· Follow POSM delivery to warehouse and distributor.
· Follow up POSM implementation and make sure effective execution and good image on the field
· Manage POSM/ Tools inventory : receiving, check quality, quantity and feedback to CPA, manage delivery and inventory…
· Own Sales Report: master date, monthly report, daily report, sales actutal vs FC, tracking active outlets report, Tracking active SKU report,…
· Support template for monthly Confy Target (Target by Channel GT/MT)
· Evaluation GT Trade engagenent activities: collect data & evaluation
· Own market report: Pics of POSM implementation/ Pics of Rental/ Onpost pics for promotion cliam back,…
· Collaboration with relevant department to make sure everything which will be happened smooth & ontime
· Support MT Project: Display contest (collest, tracking and evaluation), Sample delivery to agency, record data
· Connect supplier and MKT for POSM color approval.
· Follow up documentation liquidation.
