Sales Admin cum Import - Export Staff

Reporting to:
Sales Manager
Sales Admin

Warehouse & PSI control.
Following up & taking care all customer’s inquiries (before sales & after sales).
Prepare the sales contracts/ sending the quotation to all customers.
Managing domestic distribution delivery & input all data to control by system.

Import-Export

Managing and proceeding import-export activities (preparing and checking all shipping documents, doing the customs declaration), delivering and receiving import and export goods.
Sending Purchase Order to suppliers every month (control by PSI).

(*) Submit monthly reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
(*) Other tasks to be discussed.

Requirements:

Possess strong initiative, desire to work towards achieving the targets & objectives.
Able to work in a team and multi-task.
Having knowledge of incoterms & foreign trade.
Have experience in Import-export/ Sales Admin at least 1 years.
Effective communication skills.
Good at English (oral and written).
University graduated in related fields (Business, Foreign Trade,…etc).
Logical thinking, proactive, enthusiastic, hard-working, honest and friendly.
Good business sense.

Salary:

Gross 8 million VND – 12 million VND, depends on ability

Allowances:

Supportive petrol fee if any business trip.
Social insurance, health insurance, 12 days-off per year, yearly holiday.( basically all Sunday and Saturdays off depend on the schedule. )
