Sales Admin (District 7)

* Job description:
- Make sales strategies.
- Set up, analyze and improve sales system.
- Create sales plan, follow up all related missions and review the outcomes.
- Study and forecast domestic/foreign market situation.
- Contact and communicate with relevants organizations, steel business societies and downstream industries.
- Cooperate with affiliated units.
- Manage delivery status, monitor and follow up sales payment conditions.
- Prepare, manage and analyze sales management report and statements.
* Working place: CSVC Representative Office, Floor 9th, Petroland Building, No.12 Tan Trao Street, Tan Phu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
* Working time: Office hours

* Education/Certification:
- Bachelor/College Degree of Business Admistration or related background is a minimum requirement for this position.
* Knowledge/Experience:
- English communication is a must, Chinese or Japanese speaking will be an advantage.
- Having experience working in steel manufacturing will be preferred.
* Abilities and Skills:
- Good verbal and written English communication skills (both English & Vietnamese).
- Being careful, honest, flexible, reliable and detailed working​.
- Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Internet-based activities.
- Chinese/ Japanese ability is preferred.
