Direct and supervise all activities of team and employees in Sales admin team.
Assist General Manager (GM) of Sales & Marketing Depts. (SMD) the activities:
- Recording sales result, working performance of Sales staffs to do KPIs.
- Control External sales team perform jobs as dead line.
- Contribute consultancy, proposal to GM/Manager in developing SMD.
- Prepare reporting, doing presentation for meeting.
- Making sales plan & budget of SMD.
Support Regional Manager/DOMs/ External sales staffs in difficult cases of daily work if necessary.
Co-operate with External team to solve the internal pending between SMD and relating department.
Set up system of SMD and update: customer database, sales document storage, KPIs.
Control and Storage sales documents (for example, cost calculation, quotation, contract, etc.) following the SMD format.
Collect data and prepare monthly sales reports, sales budget, sales forecast, actual report on time (weekly/ monthly/ yearly) as superior’s request.
Assignment and control Sales admin staffs to support External team jobs following:
- Update Delivery control weekly, turnover of transportation fee monthly, information of new customer.
- Update PJ situation, ST stock with CSD to perform Job numbering report.
- Making stationery list, Sat-off schedule of SMD.
- Support PICs handle invoice such as: losing, payment procedure, overdue as company policy.
- Support PICs to send Delivery Documents by e-mail/ or via-express to customer under handing over by PICs (for example: Weight Scale slip, Delivery result, confirm PO, convert e-invoice, Inspection certificate, Record of Good delivery, etc.).
- Put data for new PJs, customer in to ERP system.
Other tasks following superior’s request, if any.
Supervise ISO system of SMD. Propose innovation or improvement idea/solution in sales management system to improve work efficiency and ensure that all risks are controlled.
Train, evaluate, feedback, and monitor staffs as assignment of superior.
