Sales Admin

Supporting the sales need as paperwork, quotation…
Processing product orders; receive orders from customer through phone, email
Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
Working closely with other department: accountant, order & logistic team.
Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.
Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team.
Taking phone calls from customers.

At least 2 years of experience (priority in wine industry)
Graduated from a college or university in a related discipline
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
An administrative or sales background.
Strong communication skills. English skill will be need as basic communication need.
Good at English
Gender: Male/Female Age: from 22 to 40
High organization skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
Ability to prioritize own workload.
Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office Suite.
Diligent, industrious, industrious.
Must be detail oriented.

Salary: 9- 10 million Gross (Participating in social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance as prescribed by law)
