Sales Admin - Property Sales

- Ensure all sales collaterals are well supplied and set up in the sales offices
- Ensure sales & marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, rollup banners .. are well displayed in sales offices, Golf and hotel outlets
- Ensure daily checking to make sure all show units to be always in standard setup and conditions with video, music ..
- Control the decoration items in show units with sales operations executive. Support Sales Operations Executive in related operational
issues
- Coordinate with Housekeeping on maintenance and upkeep
- Support Sales Executives with site inspections
- Ensure to make order and supply stationaries for sales offices
- Send daily Golf tee-sheet
- Perform any other tasks assigned by Sales Manager

- At least 2 years of experience working on a similar position
- Good English language skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals
- Sound administrative ability
- Able to handle demanding workload
