Sales Admin Staff

This position will support manager to handle the delivery works, import-export documentation, sales data input and retrieve in the AX system with detail as followings:

Responsible for performing any additional task related to reports or data collection assigned by sales and marketing Director.
Responsible to perform sales and delivery manipulations in the AX system, such as picking list, creat Sales order, extracting the forms and reports from AX system …
Responsible for some jobs of import-export: follow up shipment schedule, shipping documents, sales contracts preparation …
Responsible to make monthly report related to transportation cost, delivery status
Perform as Coordinator of transportation matters including solve minor problems occurred during delivery process
Responsible for issuing daily Deliver Order & sales invoices

*** WORKING TIME:
From 8:00am - 17:00pm, Monday to Friday

Experience: At least 2 year at same position
Graduated from University/ Major in: Business Administration, Science, Engineering or Literature
Good at MS office package.
Good health.
Age: under 29 years old
Highly responsibility, cooperate in working.
Fluent in English communication, reading and writing.
