Typing up documents like letters and reports
Updating customer records
Perform other activities as directed by the Manager
Processing orders, credit checks and payments
Sending out invoices and other paperwork
Organizing deliveries
Checking stock and re-ordering supplies
Providing after-sales support
Answering customer enquiries over the phone, by email and face to face

Customer service skills, the ability to work well with others
Ability to communicate by English
Priority having experience in the same position. Fresh graduate is acceptable;
Male/female from 22 to 30 years old

Having the opportunity to go to advanced training in Korea (if using Korean) ...
