Sales Administrator

Working location: Ho Chi Minh
Report to: Regional Sales Manager – HCM Greater
The Opportunity
Role Purpose:
•Manage and support sales data and reports for regional field team
The role is primarily responsible for but not limited to:
•Generate all reports of the region accurately, on time and by coordinating well with distributors, sales field and RSM delegation
•Manage data and report system for the region and work closely with Sales support team, other functional in headquarter office and provide accurate and timely reports
•Propose improvement for data and report system
•Promotion Program: Communicate, monitor, support distributing POSM and maintain documents
•Analyse sales information and propose ideas to improve sales performance by per distributor
•Support logistics arrangement for training courses for field sales staff
•Other tasks as assigned by RSM
Major Challenges:
•Generate reports on time & accurately
•Work closely with distributors admin/ Head office IT team to manage sales system, cross functional in head office and other provinces

About you:
•Graduate of any Business Degree/ Computer university graduated
•At least 2-year experience in FMCG companies
•Experience in managing and operating Distributor Management System (DMS)
•Data analyzing Skills/ IT skills is a priority. Proficient in computer operations
•Above average oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
•Good interpersonal skills
