Sales Administrator (Junior)

Sales Administrator is responsible for managing activities related to sales and assisting the Manager of Sales Admin to co-ordinate all the work within the team.
- Search, create and manage new clients on CRM and database
- Prepare clients&039; list for sales team, carry out Sales requests: redeem clients, check for inactive or duplicate clients
- Report to the Sales Operations Manager and do other tasks upon requested
- Receive incoming calls, transfer and assign to Sales person in charge

- 1 year experience as Sales Administrator or working experience in Service field is an advantage
- Age: 22 - 26
- College Degree
Skills:
- Good in documentation and management of files
- Communication skill
- Full skilled practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, E-mail
