Sales And Marketing Manager

Analyze and monitor current market condition and competitor information.
Supervise and control Sale & Marketing staffs for their assigned works.
Supervise and monitor for all contracts related to Sales & Marketing Department
Be responsible for both strategic planning and execution to drive products sale in both domestic and export.
Co-ordinate with advertising or media agencies for development of points of sales material (“POSM”) and marketing activities.
Provide information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data.
Control overall budget of Sales & Marketing Department.
Be responsible for setting up annual sales target, annual sales plan, annual marketing plan, and annual sales & marketing budget.
Monitor, review and report on all sales & marketing activities and results.
Accomplish marketing and sale objectives by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating advertising programs, merchandising programs and trade promotion programs.
Manage and co-operate as well as negotiate with the domestic distributors and export customers.
Manage communications with customers and consumers.

Computer skill: Microsoft office
Experience: At least 8-year-experience in sales, trade marketing and marketing, or related industries.
Good command of English (speaking, listening & writing);
Experience in strategic marketing and advertising planing and execution;
Male/ Female, over 35 years old, willing to travel for short business trips;
Education: Bachelor degree or higher level in Marketing, Business Adminstration or related fields.
Transportation: Company car provided from Ho Chi Minh city to Company and vice versa.
