Education Business Management (30%)
Drive Achievement of the minimum sales target for the Education Business as stated in the business
Drive Thakral One Education Courses Promotion and Selling Activities (EDM Development,
Telemarketing, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, etc.).
Promote Thakral One education business (e.g. social media marketing, digital marketing, fan page
update, etc.) based on business plan.
Facilitate Launch and Conduct of Learning Courses in Vietnam and other Indochina territories.
Develop/Refresh/Update Education Marketing Materials on a regular basis based on region and
principal updates.
Support Learning business RFP/bidding activities within Vietnam & and other Indochina territories.
Maintenance of a database of group of audience with data science and business analytics interest
for targeted marketing activities.
Understand on a High-Level Description of E-Learning, Live Web and Classroom Courses being
ffered in the Vietnam Market (1-2 sentence descriptions are acceptable)
Performs other duties, as assigned.
Operations Admin Support (40%)
Operations Support Activities (Customer Billing/Invoicing, Collection Follow Up, Reimbursements
f Expenses, Documentation)
Document Filing & Inventory (Digitize all final copy of documents on hardcopy).
Update Process Manuals/Guide related to Operations and Marketing areas as changes are
undertaken by the team.
Support Other Solutions & Services team Operations Admin Task (e.g. travel arrangements,
Coordination with HR and Admin Units in support Hiring, Admin Support Request, etc.
consultant onboarding/offboarding support, quotation from suppliers/vendors, etc.)
Performs other duties, as assigned.
Sales & Marketing Admin Support (30%)
Support in Finalizing Solution Presentations (Update / Improvement look & feel and check
Sales Contract Finalization Support (Translation, Proof Reading, Execution and Filing)
Client meeting support (Setup Meeting, Assist in Meeting, assist in logistics setup, Assist in
Translation as needed, Meeting Minutes).
Sales and Marketing Events Logistics Support (e.g.: event setup, invitations, telemarketing, digital
marketing, etc.)
Weekly Meeting Update for Education Business
Performs other duties, as assigned.
