Sales Assistant/ Coordinator

1. Deliver Order information to factory and follow up with confirmation / revises
(Check with the factory if the orders（item，quantity，ship window…）can be exactly accommodated).

2. Arrange inspection schedule with factory and apply inspection in system & the 3rd party.

3. Coordinate with the factory to settle shipment booking.

4. Prepare shipping documents and collect FCR from carriers.

5. Present all the required documents to the bank once FCR available.

6. Communicate with factories, customers, colleagues, carriers and other related parties for issues during the order/shipment process

- At least 02 years experience relevant.
- Proven work experience as a sales support associate
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, Power point
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

- Understand generally about foreign trade export process

- Experience in foreign trade logistic and freight forwarding would be advantage
- Excellent communication skills
