Sales Assistant

- Contact customers and following customers’ demands for samples as well as POs.

- Other tasks assigned
- Prepare Daily order status Report.
- Track and update information to customers
- File the Po’s and keep the samples for each customers
- Handle customers’ problems about the products in main bulk as well as developing samples (schedule, quality, etc.)
- Manage and follow orders from ordering the materials , making samples to the end of orders
- Make packing lists and support the products’ packaging.
- Communicate with customers to develop the customer relation

- Working experience: 1 year (No experience could be trained)
- Positive attitude with the willingness to learn.
- Could speak and write in English (Intermediate level)
- The ability to manage customers’ problems.
- Communication and problem solving skills
- Computer skills, especially MS Excel

- Participate in social insurance after probation, leave day and prescribed benefits
- Wage increases periodically and base on work efficiency to make the promotion.
- Lunch and gasoline fee supported.
- 13th month salary
