Sales Coordinator

SCOPE OF WORKS
• Report to DOSM.
• Support all document, secretary of Sales & Marketing Team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Entering customer information into the company database
• Coordinating training and scheduling for sales staff
• Track the import and export of warehouses, related documents about tools and tools of the sales department.
• Support DOSM in preparing documents and records for meetings.
• Collect all data as report, strategies of Sales, competitor to preparing the report for DOSM to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers
• Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures
• Answering client questions regarding hotel product, take notes customer information and passing by to Sales team.
• Support colleagues in the sales department to deploy contracts, track contract renewal dates, and issue contracts...
• Monitor and note the import and export of business publications of the sales department.
• Tracking the quotas and goals of each member of the sales team

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar or supervisory position.
• English 4 skills (High requirement for communication and writing).
• Good Communication and writing skills.
• The ability to listen to customers as well as the acumen when approaching customers.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Possess a bachelor&039;s degree in business administration, tourism, hospitality.
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational.
• Ability to work in high pressure environment.
• Teamwork & Independent.
