Sales Coordinator

Generates weekend and downtime group revenue.
Sells within agreed group selective sell guidelines and adhere to group room maximum commitment levels.
Demonstrates a sense of urgency toward improving the Hotel&039;s revenue performance.
Demonstrates a sense of team work to help maintain the hotel&039;s high level of service.
Implements account management program that directs daily sales activity toward productive / profitable segments and accounts.
Anticipates market demand factors with sales territories to capture best possible group and long-term business.
Uses viral marketing techniques to drive new business. This is by utilizing the emails captured through the hotel&039;s website and using social networking sites to gather new clients.
Develops and maintain positive working relationships with all employees.
Maintains a positive attitude and positive spirit of performance.
The coordinator may also participate in trade shows by setting up a booth and soliciting travel agencies.
Communicates downward / upward suggestions in a constructive manner that shows a keen understanding and respect for others.
Has a sales-minded approach toward all job functions and duties.
Works in an integrated team manner with all departments.
Supports Sales and Marketing Department of the hotel by creating pricing specials to encourage new client growth.
Meets all deadlines and room night targets.
Takes necessary tactical and strategic actions to achieve desired sales results.
Maintains high visibility in the surrounding community and in the hospitality community as appropriate.
Follows up with each client to ensure a good experience was had.
Understands the total Hotel&039;s annual financial outlook

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành QTKD, QT lữ hành
- Có ít nhất 01 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí tương đương.
