Sales Coordinator (Gấp, làm việc ngay)

Record Sales attendance + coordinate with Sales team on daily, weekly and monthly basis and do the report to related department;
Coordinate with cross function internally to proceed the related task for Sales Team;
Analyze sales data in excel and present in PowerPoint with recommendation if any;
Coordinate with with 3rd party externally to proceed the related task for Sales Team;
Fully Support team for operations (Documentation, Translate document, Book meeting room, etc).
Communicate and coordinate with sales team for necessary document (ie. personal document, probation evaluation form, Social insurance registration, PIT tax exemption for sales team when pass probation - HR will support in needed);
