Successfully study, lead, develop and support implementing golden rules in distributor management (distributor definition, KPIs, performance evaluation guidelines) for SSs, ASMs, RSMs, MTM.
Create report to support business needs
Successfully develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for DSRs, SSs, ASMs, AEs which well drive the sales team to higher motivation and business results.
Leading sales digital & automation team to ensure sales system (DMS, web-order, or other sales system will arise in the future according to company&039;s needs) stable operation; to leverage sales system and data to optimize BI reports
Manage and tracking all Sales T&E Budget; and the Long Term Partnter Program
Propose DMS system enhancements and modifications to meet changing business requirements and ensure system readiness for future requirements
Well integrate with HR, CCSD, Marketing and others to utilize available resources, develop materials for Sales training, design on-the-job coaching tools; as well as monitor results and feedback from application in operation of sales team, support in people related topics like talent & performance cycle (PDP, Career Aspiration, Talent Assessment, Succession Planning), recruitment.
Define, develop and implement operational guidelines for sales and distribution team including General Trade, OOH and Modern Trade, HOD Commercial & Residential together with appropriated tools and programs for training and coaching to improve capability of DSRs, SSs, ASMs, AEs, MTMs, RSMs.
Effectively support NSMs, SRSMs, RSMs, MTM reinforcing well distribution network of distributors, wholesalers, key accounts, retailers, route to market of all channels which can effciently deliver sales and distribution needs of the company for the present as well as for long time development.
Propose and tracking all fundamental KPIs and Basics for Sales field and review all sales fundamentals, and to be responsible for outlets, calls, successful calls, sold in SKUs achievement, formulate policies on Sales Force Incentives and monitor budgets and efficacies
Effectively define roles, responsibility of DSRs, SSs, ASMs together with daily operation process, working norms.
Responsible for all sales projects (E2E projects)
Develop system and tools to support to support Sales organization and sales process to ensure operation effectiveness;
On time update challenges in sales operation and market execution and proactively propose/suggest solutions.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Demonstrated ability to lead people
- Have experience on sales system as DMS
- Capacity to understand bottled waters sales management: GT (*), OOH, MT, HOD, ottled waters distribution network development, sales and distribution knowledges and skills
- Strong sales ogranization management and sales projects management
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Commercial, Economics or related majors; 5+ years experience in sales or similar position in FMCG is preferable, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs.
- Capacity to understand all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field
