Sales Director

As Sales Director, you will be leading and developing an elite team of Local and International Business.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and grow the team. Implement Training and Coaching program. Manage the team to ensure the efficiency.
- Identify markets and develop go to market & marketing strategy
- Provide accurate and clear reports to board of management
- Have active relationships in the industry or be ready to establish new relationships to deploy business activities effectively (especially countries with promising demand of building materials). Manage and grow key accounts.
- Other tasks as assigned
- Cross departments/ group collaboration
- Be responsible for formulating plans, controlling sales performance for building materials product. Be responsible for P&L
- Improve and implement sales process

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to work under high pressure, be highly disciplined
- Familiarity with export processes, documentation, etc.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in the construction field, building materials is a plus.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership skills as well as excellent presentation skills
- At least 10 years in sales, 3-5 years proven international sales experience with a good general understanding of doing business across a wide and diverse range of business cultures.
- Strong familiarity with MS Office applications
- Willingness to regularly travel, as required, to meet with decision-makers
- Graduated from the Major of Foreign Trade, Economics, Business Administrator and similar relevant field.
