Sales Engineer (Industrial Testing Instrument) (ID: 522601)

• Strong salesmanship, customer oriented and results focused.
• To service existing accounts and develop new opportunities.
• Continuously improve current working knowledge of existing and new products and services.
• To perform customer visits, product and sales demonstrations/presentations, after-sales visits
• Negotiating contract and tender terms with both Suppliers and Customers
• Responsible for the full sales cycle, from leads to on-going account relationships as appropriate.
• Manage customer accounts payable and ensuring on- time collection.
• Prepare quotations as and when required
• To create new leads through cold calling, networking and following up to successfully close the business.
• To achieve sales targets and other KPIs as defined by the management.
• To submit sales reports on periodic basis for management review
• Any other duties as assigned by the management.
• Expand sales to existing customers by identifying additional needs and developing appropriate sales strategy to meet their needs.
• Monitor customers and competitor activities in the market and report important customer and competitor information to the management.
• To provide marketing of our products through emails, calls, demonstrations, website, social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Zalo, etc.)
• To develop a thorough understanding of our product range

• Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong commercial/sales experience - able to negotiate, analyze, plan, and make suggestions to improve the Company’s performance
• Able to assess customer needs competently.
• Excellent spoken and written English is a must
• Preferably 2 - 3 years working experience as Sales Engineer, preferably with HVAC knowledge.
• Competent in understanding and communicating all product and technical information.
• Possess own transport
• Degree or Diploma qualifications in the technical discipline.
