Sales Engineer

Receive customer requests, making sure that the requirements are clear, and that the proposals documentation prepared matches customer requirements.
Regularly visit customers to build and maintain relationship as well as listen to their feedback and promote NSBLV products/solutions and brand
Work closely with customers to align their technical needs and requirements with NSBLV capabilities.
Identify and cultivate new accounts
Initiate and manage the commercial negotiations for NSBLV on sales agreements and other offers.
Work with Engineering team, Customer Service and Supply Chain (Logistic, Production, and Credit Control) to achieve on time performance and completeness.
Ensure the compliance of sales budget, pricing, payment terms & rebate protocols according to BBV sales strategy/policy

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
• Good communication in English
• BA degree in Construction Engineer is preferable
Accepted / Preferred
• MBA; prefer civil engineer background
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Have good connection, good relationship to many design consultants and contractors.
• At least 2 years in similar role in construction industry,
