Mô tả công việc

Overall Responsibility
•Sales implementation on Building Automation, which includes HVAC Automatic Control Systems, Building Management Systems (BMS/IBMS), Energy Management System (EMS) and Energy Saving Solutions.
•Marketing activities (seminar/exhibition/events/In-house training...) is sometimes requested.
Key areas of responsibility
•Visiting customer frequently to keep in touch and get project/requisition information (DV, GC, CS, SC…)
•Make Quotation (Local Factory, Commercial Building…) equipment list and pre-sale material
•Making proposal or solutions to customers
•Following up and close the deal with customer
•Work closely with team members to make system proposal for projects

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualification
•Proficient with Microsoft Office
•1 year experienced in automation engineering or sales, Japanese working culture’s experience is a plus (fresh candidate is also welcome)
•Available for frequent travelling (around HCMC/ Hanoi areas)
•Good English communication
•Strong communication skill
•Strong sense of sales and customer satisfaction
•Good analytical, time management and organization skill
Benefit:
•Phone allowance: 300,000 VND per month, Business trip allowance.
•Bonus and salary shall be reviewed once a year.
•Annual leave: 12 days.
•Paid Workers’ compensation insurance and other insurances as regulated: social insurance, medical insurance, and unemployed insurance.
•Company travel & health check: once a year
•Laptop and licensed software as windows, office, auto Cad (if necessary)
•Other stationery and tools served work.
