Sales Executive

◾ Assist Account Executives with preparing and evaluating proposals, referral agreements, …;
◾ Organize/participate/support in network events, investment seminars, trade fairs, ...;
◾ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results;
◾ Creating detailed business plans to reach predetermined goals and sales budget;
◾ Support Account Executive with preparing proposals, market studies, and competition analysis, …
◾ Assist team members with claims and complaints handling;
◾ Actual LHO and signing;
◾ Support potential investors with their site selection (research, guidance…);
◾ Host business delegations;
◾ Gather feedback from customers and prospects and share it with co-workers;
◾ Selling land infrastructure, ready-built factories, warehouse space and related services.
◾ Work in accordance with company procedures;
◾ Take ownership of customer&039;s issues and follow problems through to resolution: Total Customer Ownership;

◾ Preferably 3-5 years of sales experience in B2B;
◾ Preferably background in industrial real estate business, investment projects;
◾ Ability to prioritize tasks when appropriate;
◾ Excellent at English (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening);
◾ Honest, initiative, strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
◾ Professional behavior and attitude
