Sales Executive

- Work on updating pitch deck
- Update standard benefits
- Designs spans and levels of sponsorship
- Meet new sponsors, negotiate sponsor benefits
- Push contract through sign
- Input data for the red invoice
- Track and ensure receipt of signed contract back to the company
- Track post sign to payment
- Translate sponsor specific benefits into cross department checklist
- Lead cross-department meeting to ensure understanding and execution of benefits
- Plan additional benefits with sponsor to
- Maintain communication going into events
- Document benefits at event
- Liquidate the contract with the sponsor
- Track final payment

- Fluent in English
- Experience as a Salesperson is a plus
- Experience of organizing event is a plus
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
