Sales Executive

•Promote the outlets services, accountable for booking individual and/or group, corporate...
•Proactively manage the portfolio of all accounts, especially the key accounts
•Conduct telesales activity as required.
•Service existing accounts and maximize their business for other services of all outlets i.e.
•Event Sales, Restaurants, etc…
•Keep our marketing database up-to-date with detailed profiles of our accounts
•Maintain regular contact with all customers, report any comments/feedback to management for improving the service.
•Submit a weekly sales report to Event Sales Manager, any other reports as requested by the management.
•Ensure all dealings and requests are feedback within 24hrs.
•Attending social functions organized in or outside outlets as required.
•Making quotation for group bookings, do follow-up with service team.
•Perform all job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
•Monitor hostesses; work closely with F&B staff for bettering customer’s experience.
•Check daily outlet revenue figures, take note on clientele frequency.
•Cross-sale and promote on-site up-sales.
•Perform any task or duty that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
