SALES EXECUTIVE - HORECA WINE & FOOD AT HUE CITY

Deal with chef and purchase department coordinating with the office for the prompt delivery of goods.
Manage sales activities, make and implement sales action plans
Cooperate with the Marketing Department in planning product advertisement.
Obtain Purchase Order from the clients.
Look after the service business of the company at Hue City.
Report and feedback to weekly & monthly reporting or as otherwise requested to Sales Manager - Horeaca Wine & Food .
Plays a significant role in achieving business results at Hue City.
Oversees and develop business at the assigned area .
Negotiate and finalize prices with approval of Sales Manager - Horeaca Wine & Food.
Deal with 3 star, 4 star & 5 star hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafes, schools and other such catering companies.

RELATIONSHIPS

Work closely with clients, purchasing and other departments related.
Maintain business contacts to have a good network of sales & purchases.
Reports directly to Sales Manager - Horeaca Wine & Food for all day to day commercial operations of food in respect to Hue City and sub regions round Hue such as ( Lang Co, Dong Ha, Dong Hoi...)

Keep the company information confidentially.
College / University degree
Priority for young, energetic person that is able to create and maintain business and clients.
Basic level of marketing competencies including consumer’s insights, concept development,
Good communication and writing English skills required
At least 1 years experience in Sales (WINE, FOOD & BEVERAGES), prefer candidates have experience at the same position.
