Sales Executive (Korean Language)

Work Location: Uông Bí city, Quảng Ninh (KCN Sông Khoai, Quảng Yên)
Scope of Work: Responsible for performing activities of the sales target and customer’s satisfaction.
Position Type: Permanent
Directly Report to: Sales Section Manager, Sales Department
Key Responsibilities:
+ Overall in sale activities:
. Communicate with existing customers to know their future expansion plan
. Follow up potential customers
. Introduce company’s business and products, to negotiate terms of agreements and any other deals with customers
. Update and prepare sales tools
. Any other related activities to achieve the sales target
+ Update related information/regulation
+ Prepare for draft of contracts and related paper works
+ Translate relevant documents and act as an interpreter in business meeting with customers
+ Receive and coordinate to solve customer’s requests and complaints
+ Submit weekly report to Senior Manager, Marketing & Sales Department and Sales Section Manager, Sales Department
+ Other tasks assignments upon request

Competency:
+ Good demand of computer skills (MS. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet);
+ Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both in oral and writing skills.
+ Good communication skills and having good relationship in related works with the competent Authorities;
***Additional language Korean is a compulsory;
+ Independence and ability to work in a team;
+ Enthusiasm for the works.
+ Willingness to learn new things and self-motivation;
Qualification:
+ Having experiences in Marketing & Sales in a real estate in a foreign investment company is an advantage.
+ Demand of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields;
