Sales Force Effectiveness Intern, CMM

1, Summary

To play a key role in optimization Resource of Trade CMM via territory and master database management

• Reporting directly to: Associate SFE Manager


• High frequency of interaction: ComEx, CMM and Sales Team


• Working location: 18A Luy Ban Bich, Tan Thoi Hoa Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City

2, Core job responsibilities

Task Support

• Work with relevant functions to enhance master database


• Work with SFE manager and relevant functions to design and manage territory


• Track and monitor the KPIs to measure the success of the implementation plan

Functional Coordination

• Work with other functions internally (CMM, Sales Team, System, Marketing & Finance) as necessary to gain information and insights, as well as achieve results that are aligned with corporate and functional objectives.


• Conduct market visits in coordination with CMM Team


• Other tasks assigned by manager

Background / Experience Requirement 

Core Skill Requirement

• Proficient skills in MS Office, excellence in Excel and Power point
  


• Good at communication skills and English fluency


• Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills


• Enthusiastic in working professional environment


• Must be commitment on assigned project


• Can work at least 6 months
