Mô tả công việc


1.Job objective
•Oversee marketing personnel and enhance sales excellence in Murata’s products promotion.
•Develop sales strategy to create new business opportunities and enhance customer relationship.
•Motivate sales staff and achieving sales targets with related divisions as a team.
2.Responsibilities and Accountabilities
•Plan, lead and supervise daily sales activities & new business opportunities exploration
•Manage key marketing customers business maintenance
•Supervise market research/customer analysis activities to keep sales team up to date with market trend/technology
•Sales team management
•Report to General Director & related divisions

Yêu cầu công việc


•Bachelor degree with technical background or Master degree with optional technical background
•Male or Female
•Age: 33 and above
•Good English communication (4 skills)
•Management experience
•Mature mindset and positive attitude
•Strong leadership, computer, communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to prepare written materials and sales report.
•Willing to work at flexible schedule and occasional travel to customers
