Sales Manager

•BS/BA degree.
•10+ years of the experience in Sales position.
•Have sales experiences in IT industry.
•Have good IT background is preferred.
•Marketing experience.
•Ability to work independently.
•Communication, leadership: Encourage and cultivate all members, competent in strengthening motivation, and contribution to project.
•Fluency in Japanese (N2 up) and good English communication is preferred.
•Exceptional interpersonal skills. Extensive networking and relationship management experience.
•Frequent interactions with customers, business partners and regulatory authorities.
•Good at negotiation with customers/partners and colleagues.
