Mô tả công việc

- To do Sales trip to other Cities/Provinces/Other countries to do marketing and sales visits for the Hotel products and services
- Is responsible to achieve goals and objectives set by the Management monthly, annually in terms of production in room nights, no of meal bookings, etc
- To take care of the Cooperate market both domestic and overseas
- Is responsible for proper running of the Sales office including procedures and standards
- Is responsible to forecast and react accordingly to the market
- Is responsible to monitor the market mix of the Hotel and adjust in accordance with the Hotel overall marketing strategy
- Is responsible to organize Trade Show, Public Relation, etc in accordance to the Hotel budget and targeted markets
- Able to obtain and maintain great customer relationship from fostering them with customer service programs
- To be responsible for his/her subordinates performance and discipline
- To deliver the Management strategy and ensure the standard of customer services.
- Is responsible to prepare and propose contract for Travel Agents/Clients to book the Hotel Rooms and services
- Is responsible to train his/her subordinates such as: Sales Executive, Clerk, etc
- Is responsible to prepare weekly, monthly, annually report to Management
- To attend the early bird meeting
- Is responsible for doing necessary research in order to update the Hotel Management as to propose competitive strategy
- To ensure of profitable Room Sales and related Outlets sales from Travel Agents market through marketing and sales activities.
- Working conditions: Official hours: 8.30- 17.30;
- Is responsible to design promotion as and when necessary
- To coordinate with other operational departmental outlets HODs and staff to get things done smoothly to ensure of Guest Total Satisfaction
- To do telemarketing, telecommunication, sales visits and meeting with customers daily
- Is responsible to keep track of all customers database and arrange the office system properly
- Is responsible for doing correspondents for given market/customers

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduated College /in the formal disciplines of hotelier (or equivalent)
- Minimum from 25 years old
- At least 1 year experience in same position.
- Be knowledgeable about the products in four to five stars hotels.
- Prioritizing the candidates has a good relationship with customers
- Sales skills, presentation skills, communication skills.
- Search skills, develop and maintain customers.
- Good skills of persuasion, negotiation, negotiation with customers.
- There are ambitions to the larger goals, perseverance, hard and aggressive.
- Skills in handling situations, honest, creative and hard work.
- Ability to develop and expand new markets possible.
- Ability to work independently, under high pressure and good team work.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, creative, friendly, patient and determined...
- Fluency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel.
- Some extra task will be update in keep inform in advance.
