Sales Manager

About the Job
• Achieving personal & team sales targets.
• Identifies advantages and compares the organization’s products/services.
• Sell value-producing transportation and logistics services and solutions.
• Develops and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
• To give good know-how of the service providers and customers.
• Ability to guide and lead the sales team.
• recommending profit and service improvements.
Market:
• Analyses the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the organization.
• Participates in trade shows and conventions.
• Increase sales while meeting targets, and be able to obtain necessary services and rates.
Others:
• Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Coordinates sales efforts with accounting, logistics, technical & operation service groups.
• Organize, update and keep records of customer information.
• Meet and exceed all sales KPIs as directed by the management.

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma.
• At least 5 years of experience in sea freight and some airfreight sales experience.
• Familiar with both Ha Noi and Hai Phong Market.
• Team player and able to lead the sales team.
• Proficiency in English would be a plus.
