International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an international renewable energy company. Our client is seeking Sales Manager (Japan Sector). This job is based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Job Summary:
Sales Manager (Japan Sector) is in charge of expanding company’s business with Japanese clients in Vietnam.
Job Responsibilities:

Guiding the clients through the delivery process and making sure on customer service,
Building a culture of high achievement and pride in the Japanese business community.
Providing regular reports to the senior members.
Creating team and follow up on agents.
Building a strong Japanese client portfolio.

Highly organized, structured, disciplined and self-motivated.
Willing to travel and work if required.
Open for Japanese or Vietnamese can use Japanese fluently
An excellent communicator.
English is a must.
Ability to do “group deals”.
Really keen to work in the renewable energy field.
High level of attention to detail.
Existing strong network in the Japanese community.
