Sales Manager - Korean Speaking

Open for Vietnamese candidate only who is proficient in Korean & English as well.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Collect the information from Sale team and do weekly report which template will be released by the management level
Recognizing client needs and expectations and responding to these efficiently and professionally
Conduct site inspections to assess viability and potential for leasing
In charge of leasing industrial properties (Factory/ Warehouse)
Liaison with other departments eg, finance, legal and customer service team to generate the necessary information that the sale team need to present/ respond to the clients
Process Paperwork: including filing paper orders, drafting the Offer Letter/ Quotation and Lease contract
Support sale team to prepare the marketing/ presentation material
Support clients to get sufficient licenses needed for their operation
Continuously source business through networking, organizing marketing and preparing pitch proposals
Building up and maintaining close relationship with people at potential investors, before and during their business operations in Vietnam
Cold call/ follow up call with prospects client

Requirements:

Proficient in spoken and written English and Korean
Well organization & time management
At least 5 years of sales role in related industries
Good computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Mature, dynamic and proactive
Strong problem-solving skill
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
